Inshallah I will be climbing Mount Snowdon, Wales tallest peak, to raise some money for our Rohingya refugee & Bangladeshi brothers and sisters that need our support.

Our Rohingya brothers and sisters once lived ordinary lives like all of us. However, since 2016 they have been facing a genocide. People are being beaten to death, burnt to death, raped & tortured. How inhumane is this. It is unimaginable to even think of what they are/have faced. Some have been able to seek refuge in Bangladesh, yet they are still desperately struggling as they need basic essentials. Essentials we often take for granted.

Human Relief Foundation works closely with Rohingya refugee camps & many poor places in Bangladesh, distributing food packs, medical kits, education support and other essential aid all year round. This is only possible if we donate to support them.

"Those who in charity spend of their goods by night and by day, in secret and in public, have their reward with their Lord: on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve" (2:274).

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, '(O people!) Save yourselves from the (Hell) Fire even if it is with half a date (given in charity), and if you cannot find that, then (save yourselves by saying) a good word’. [Al-Bukhari & Muslim]
