I'm taking on the gruelling Yellow Brick Road FBI training assault course at the FBI HQ in Quantico - which will see me running at least six miles, scaling heights, crawling through tunnels and grappling with the nightmarish obstacles - for Hostage International. 

Hostage International is a small charity that supports the families of hostages and hostages after they return home. Having committed over ten years of my life to hostage negotiations it is great to know that this charity is there to go the extra mile in supporting people affected with emotional and practical support. 

I'm honoured to have been given this opportunity to attempt the Yellow Brick Road, as seen in the film Silence of the Lambs, and wanted to raise funds for this charity.
