I am once again attempting the 17 mile walk from Wolverton to Franklin's Garden, although at the moment I have a dodgy knee!

It seems that more and more people I know are affected by heart problems. Just in March one of my friends and former colleagues was out running, sadly he never returned. Keith was fit and healthy and only in his early 60's.

I am trying to raise some money  in the hope that it will help someone survive a Heart attack in the future. I would be really grateful if you could make a donation but if not, take a few minutes to making sure you are living a healthy lifestyle so your family and friends don't get a shock.
