Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Earlier this year my mum died unexpectedly as a result of health issues caused by diabetes, and then Sharon's dad died as a result of Cancer. We both feel a strong desire to do something positive to remember our parents and help others avoid the effects of these diseases.

At the end of July, myself and my partner Sharon will be cycling from Burgas in Bulgaria to Brest in France taking part in the Transcontinental Race (TCR#7) and no, that does not involve me wearing a dress and Sharon wearing trousers, but does involve cycling over 2500 miles through the Dolomites and Alps and is fully self-supported.
