It seems a far too common story these days that the older we get the more prone we seem to be to Dementia. 

Unfortunately this is the case in my household as both my grandad and grampa have suffered from this and as such I want to try and give back. 

We all get affected by this desease, whether you have it or someone in your family has. 

I am putting myself through a sporting challenge which will test me physically and mentally but it is the least that can be done to raise money for a good cause.
