Hi guys welcome to my page, this year I am running the 10k, this is a fantastic charity who build schools for children in Africa and it is a great cause as every child deserves the right to education.
 
I have running experience behind me which has formed the foundations to my career in fitness now.  I was a former cross country champ at school as well as a former sprinter for Stockport Harriers.  One interesting thing about me is I have raced the 800m olympian, Michael Rimmer once and beat him...just.
