Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Most of my friends and all of my family  know that I am a prostate cancer survivor. Every day, I remember with gratitude the care and support you all so freely gave me during the time of diagnosis and treatment. I have  been in remission for six years, and feel that now is the time for me to do my bit in return.

From 11th-23rd November 2010 I will be riding a bike from Hanoi to Dien Bien Phu in North Vietnam to raise funds for the Prostate Cancer Charity. I need to raise at least £2,000 in sponsorship and I willl be cycling 600km in 8 days. Please will you sponsor me ? If you choose to do so, you can donate by the kilometre (I intend to do them all or I won't get home), or with a "lump sum".
