Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Sunday 26th May, I'll be running the 10 kilometres of the Bupa Great Manchester Run. As someone who was vastly unfit and overweight only a few years ago, this will be a challenge as my first proper run, and added to by the annoyance of shin splints that I just can't shake off. On top of the challenge itself, I'm using the opportunity to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society; a cause close to my family's colletive heart.

Any donations, aimed at either an excellent cause or my own misery, would be most appreciated!

My aim is also to finish ahead of as many other members of the Cyber Media team as possible, as they got me into this in the first place...
