One-Eighty is a mental health and behaviour support charity, empowering children and young people to improve their mental health and re-engage with education. Through intensive one-to-one sessions, One-Eighty supports children and young people dealing with complex personal challenges (such as trauma, bereavement, mental health difficulties, and those with difficult family circumstances) which prevent them from engaging with school. One-Eighty delivers preventative mental health projects to schools, and provides specialist training and support to professionals working with children and young people.
