I have been a supporter of Refuge since 2009 and witnessed the wonderful work they do for what can be an unsexy charity - domestic violence, women being intimidated and scared of their partners, often too afraid to speak out or even ashamed to ask for help. I am not a great runner as many of you already know - in fact - I am a useless runner - but I do care deeply about this charity and its work and am asking your help, not only to raise awareness of it but to support it with some of your hard earned cash. 

I know you are more used to seeing me as per my picture rather than in running shoes but all the more reason to donate!
