I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis 7 years ago, and this year I thought would be a good time to give something back to a charity that has supported me every step of the way since. Any donation big or small will go towards a great cause.  

This September I will be running 60 miles to raise vital funds for those living with and affected by Crohn's and Colitis.Right now, an estimated 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of and for which there is no known cure. Because of the stigma and misunderstanding surrounding these diseases, thousands of people are suffering in silence.
