I have set my junior football team and families the challenge of keeping active during the second lockdown, by training for a 5k run over a 6 week period. All involved will need to build their fitness up to eventually reach the 5k milestone. As lots of children will be taking part we thought this would be a perfect opportunity to raise funds for a deserving children's charity.
