As a lifelong Palace fan, I have seen first-hand the incredible work that Palace for Life have done in improving the community in proving unique experiences for young people. Therefore, I have decided to partake in a charity boxing match on the 23rd March, to get my head smashed in - whilst raising money for this wonderful charity!

The Palace for Life Foundation has been working with young people for over 25 years. We use the power of sport and Crystal Palace to change the lives of young people within our community, particularly the most hard-to-reach and hard-to-help. Your donations will directly support our work and make a real impact, for real people.
