Heritage Care is this year supporting the quality Checkers, who are a team of people who use services for support themselves and who want to make things better for people who live in their own home with support. They are experts on how support should be because they have had first-hand experience of supported living and finding out how well supported living is working for people with learning disabilities.

Quality Checkers help to make sure that people with learning disabilities, living in theirs own homes with support, are living happy and full lives. People who use services for support have the opportunity to talk to Quality Checkers to tell them what they think about where they live, how they are supported and how things could be better in the future.

Your kind donation will be used on the many different resources needed to enable us to learn together. Quality Checkers make sure information is useful and understandable and work hard at providing the right types of communication for people to understand. The Quality Checkers do a great job and have brought about positive changes in people's lives and their own lives.
