Story

Let's WALK IT together; stand strong and raise vital funds to improve diagnosis and treatment , to fund research into a cure; to raise awareness and to give people hope, comfort and confidence to live freer, fuller lives.

Ian has suffered for 4 years with his UC, 2 weeks ago they took out his bowel and he now has a stoma bag for life. As is his way, he’s tackling it day by day without complaint and adapting well to his new way of life - a real inspiration, especially to our girls.

Over the years UC has impacted all of us, we’ve retreated a little as a family and are so lucky to of had the support of the nhs, family and friends. Ians IBD Team, specifically Dal have been outstanding.

We are now taking the time to get him stronger and ready for the new chapter in his life, this walk it is our chance to give something to the charity which supports this condition as well as a chance to kick start our new active way of life! (She says!)

Thank you for any donation you can make, it all counts x
