We have chosen to raise money for the Isabel Hospice as they provided outstanding end of life care when our mum was at the of her life.  The support they provided to us as a family was incredible and after many many months of no support from any of these well recognised cancer charities, the Isabel Hospice came as a complete blessing to my mum/our family/and everyone that new her.

We as a family will be eternally grateful for the care, love and support they provided from the day we entered to the day we said our goodbyes.  The nurses, the doctors, the volunteers and everyone behind the scenes, this is just  small thank you for all that you did. 

A small group of us are raising funds whilst enjoying the sights and bridges of London next Sunday morning. For some exercise, bit of sight seeing but most importantly to help this wonderful charity.

Isabel Hospice provides palliative support to the 270,000 people who live in eastern Hertfordshire.Hospice care is about helping people to live well for as long as possible and have a good death in the place of their choice when the time comes. Without your help, we could not make this possible for our patients and their families. Each year we care for around 1,400 patients and 700 family members. But we know there are even more people that need our help.
