This is a cause that is very close to my heart, close friends and family that know me well know I have struggled recently. Something that has massively helped me during some of my downest days has not only been the support from the super amazing people in my life but also running! Yep I have turned into a proper Forrest Gump! So if I can raise a little bit for a charity that helps people with their mental health locally by doing some running or any other exercise for everyday during the month of January I will be even happier! I will track my runs, weight training cycling swimming etc on my Apple Watch and post my progress!
If this helps someone who is struggling then I will be chuffed remember “it’s ok not to be ok!” Pick up the phone talk about it! Someone said to me a problem shared is a problem halved and it’s ok to have a good old cry!
