Sadly we lost our colleague and friend Stephen on the  5th of June. This was devastating for his family, friends and colleagues. We feel that we need to highlight the affect mental health has on young men and help to remove the stigma that prevents them from talking about their own mental health. Stephen was the most kind, thoughtful, caring, funny, fun loving young man and we want to remember him by holding this event to raise as much money as possible for both of these amazing charities. Stephens parents have set up their own charity The Stephen Lyon Foundation, and we wish to donate some of the money we raise to allow them to support young men who are struggling with their mental health in the Kinross and nearby  area. We will be doing a 13 mile walk around Loch Leven dressed as Superheroes as Stephen loved Marvel films, so please look out for us.
