On Sunday 18th September I am abseiling from the top of Bristol Children's hospital in aid of their Cots for Tots appeal.  Helen Moloney, a like-minded colleague from BNI Hammond is joining me.  My kids are coming to watch and are really worried, but the entrance to Casualty is right through the archway at the bottom of the abseil so we will be well looked after should anything go wrong!
