Story

I'm running the Barry Island 10K on Sunday 4 August to help celebrate 20 years of Ty Hafan who provide a high standard of free care to children in Wales who have life limiting conditions. I am also running an additional mile alongside my husband, Mum and 3 children, Steffan, Niamh and Phoebe in a family fun run 😊. Please support this amazing charity x
