Last year I lost my little brother Russell to MND.  Before he had this illness I knew little about it.  It's a progressive and aggressive disease which is debilitating and for which there is no cure.  I need your help to raise awareness and get more funds in to the research programmes so that others may have the benefit of a cure in the future.
