I have been involved in helping in Stockwell for some 5 years and can vouch for the professionalism and sensitivity of this project.  On arrival, guests are provided with an excellent evening meal and are able to talk to a volunteer if they wish.  They have their own bedding and two volunteers stay overnight.  In the morning there is a good breakfast to set guests on their way. 

Robes also provides welfare advice and helps homeless people into more permanent accommodation and sometimes into training and employment. 

I feel so badly passing by the increasing numbers of homeless people on our streets, so this year I decided that I would join the fundraising sleep-out around Southwark Cathedral.  For just a few hours I may be a bit cold but what I really want to do is make a significant financial contribution to this excellent project. I know I have many friends and neighbours who are very generous and hope they will help me reach my target.
