Jog on January is about doing just a little each day BUT enjoying it a lot...Jog, walk, run, swim, dance or skip for every day of January to help say goodbye to the New Year blues and raise £££ for Phyllis Tuckwell.

Well it's been a long time since I raised any money for Phyllis Tuckwell and over the last two years money has been pretty short for most. However, for those who already know my story, they are a huge part of who I am today ❤ and why resilience has been key in my life. They taught me coping skills I am extremely grateful for and the thought of handing them a check again makes my eyes fill with tears x
