Hello beautiful people!!! Welcome to our Tough Mudder AND London 10K marathon page!!

Frank is a little love bug of ours who left such a mark on us that we are going to endure fire, electric shocks, ice obstacles, muddy water and mud miles, of course with that comes a 20km run between each obstacle. Oh, and lets not forget the 10km run following not too long after for that extra bit of insanity.

Since meeting Frank I have been driven to fight this injustice putting my body through extreme measures and its touched many others who want to be involved. So thank YOU for this :) xx
