Lisa's mum was taken in to hospital in April 2014 and was eventually diagnosed with a terminal condition. It was a shock for all of us when the medical staff predicted that she didn't have very long left. After two weeks, Lisa's mum came home but deteriated quite quickly. We contacted Dorothy House who were great with their support and care but unfortunately on May 22nd Lisa's mum passed away peacefully at home. Lisa's mum didn't want to go back in to hospital and Dorothy House made this possible.
