In the third weekend of September, 2000+ spas, fitness clubs, sports associations in over 100 countries will be taking part in World Wellness Weekend. We’ve gone that step further and extended this to a whole week! 

From Saturday 21^st September we will be hosting an array of activities to promote health and wellbeing, and part of this includes a fantastic charity spin-a-thon! We invite all to get involved by donating a small amount to a really worthy cause. 

Spin-a-thon sessions as follows: 

• 5:30 - 6pm 
• 6 - 6:30pm 
• 6:30 - 7pm 
• 7 - 7:30pm 
• 7:30 - 8pm
