Story

Be coached by Andrea McKay, MSc in aid of the National Animal Welfare Trust

Throughout May and June 2020, I am offering coaching sessions in exchange for a donation to this wonderful charity that is struggling to survive during the Coronavirus lock-down.  I am not getting paid for these sessions however, I am asking for a minimum donation of £25 per session.

Why the NAWT

For the last four years, I've spent my spare time volunteering and generating funds for the Watford NAWT centre. I hear the most heartbreaking stories like Roxy and Drago who had lived their whole life in a dingy cupboard where they had both been used for breeding. Never seeing the light of day.  Or Bambi who was cruelly thrown from a moving vehicle and left for dead.  Supporter donations paid for two successful operations that saved her life. The team are simply amazing and yet the centres are under threat now their usual fundraising events have been cancelled due to the pandemic.  Whether I fall short or bust my target, the money will support them through this difficult time.

£25 will feed a homeless animal for a month
£35 will pay for an animal’s vaccinations
£75 buys Open Paw training supplies, improving every animal’s journey from rescue to a loving home
£100 will neuter a homeless animal.

About me:

•    AoEC Practitioner Diploma Executive Coaching
•    AoEC International Systemic Team Coaching Certificate
•    NLP Master Practitioner
•    20 years+ in senior management roles in corporate business

In these difficult times, we are seeking a greater sense of security and order in our lives so I want to provide a private and non-judgemental space for anyone wanting to talk.  Whether you have been furloughed, still going into the office or are working from a busy home it seems we have a lot more time to think and self-reflect.

Should I be using this time off to develop my skills?
How can I get more motivated to finish my to do list?
Am I managing my team effectively during this time?
How can I prepare to return to work?
What changes do I want to make personally, professionally or ecologically now and post pandemic.

Sessions are confidential and will be conducted by Zoom or Skype
