Story
The Hospice provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and reaches thousands of local people. In addition, they offer support to families and loved ones to help them to come to terms with the loss of someone significant in their lives. Last year it cost over £9 million to provide their services, most of which comes through fundraising, so they heavily rely on the generosity and support of the local community.
We ask that each child tries to raise at least £2 to support the hospice, but don’t worry, any child that isn’t able to raise this amount won’t be left out. We have set a target for our school to raise £500 for the hospice.
At the start of the run children will be given antlers and a red nose so that they can dress up as Rudolph and once they have completed their run they will be awarded a shiny Rudolph Run medal.
We kindly request that all sponsorship money is added to this just giving page This will give Rowcroft enough time to calculate a grand total that we will share with you after the Christmas holidays.
We hope your child is looking forward to this magical event as much as we are. Thank you in advance for your support, without our amazing community, Rowcroft wouldn’t be able to do what they do.
