Each year to celebrate the Spring Equinox we challenge ourselves to completing any number up to 108 repetitions of Surya Namaskar (Salute to the Sun). This year we have chosen the Medecins Sans Frontieres Afghanistan appeal as our charity, volunteers putting their lives at risk to help others in the most challenging of situations.
