On Sunday 8th October 2017, we'll be taking part in the Living Colour - "Running for the Robot" 5k run at Stanley Park, Liverpool.
As well as it being our chance to get covered in powder paint as we run the course, we're also running to raise funds that will help to bring Robotic Surgery to Liverpool Heart & Chest Hospital (LHCH), helping to change the lives of hundreds of people every year.
As most of you will know, last year our family had first hand experience of the the work carried out at LHCH when I had a quadruple heart bypass plus an ICD fitted there. It's therefore a charity that is very close to my heart (pun intended).
