I personally have had a quadruple heart bypass three months ago.

I am generally fit, having been a full-time dance instructor for 20 years. I have inherited the bad gene, so I know first hand the importance of organisations like The Sussex Heart Charity. They are are a tremendous support to the people of Sussex and raise a great deal of funds to support our hospitals and people in the community.

I will be leading a group of dancers from my company Brighton Jive with a dance display, then taking part in the sponsored walk along the Brighton Seafront.
