There is more hunger in the Masoyi communityas a result of Covid-19. And we want to be able to complete a house extension for the Mph. family, who currently have a single room. The two young women were orphaned in 2002, as a young child and a baby.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am doing this to raise money for eMasoyi, in rural South Africa, who desperately need funds, especially during this time of COVID-19. There are some 1,100 orphaned and vulnerable children to support, feed and educate, young Mums to support, and some 400 sick people to visit in the community. Funds are needed to give help to create vegetable gardens, build houses for orphans and vulnerable children and to provide life skills. Funds for food parcels are also needed.
During this time of COVID 19 this community is really struggling. Support is dwindling due to lack of funds and donations. Over the past few months we, in England, have struggled with social distancing, struggled with items of food, toiletries and other household items being in short supply from our supermarkets. Having to “suffer” queues to enter our ample supermarkets.
The people in the Masoyi Community would probably welcome our “discomforts” and willingly trade places.
