As some of you know I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in November 2016 after suffering from severe symptoms for the previous year. Crohn's can really effect lives, leaving them bed ridden and can destroy someone’s confidence which happened to me. I want to make people more aware of this condition which effects so many people in this country. This is a condition that is not yet curable but with the more money this charity receives, the more chance of finding a cure will be. I have been hospitalised with this condition on a number of occasions and know how badly it can effect people. Fortunately, due to the medication I am on at the moment I am in remission but this can change so quickly. Please donate, even if it the smallest amount, it all counts. Thanks.
