As a lot of you will now know, one of my closest friends Callum Redfern has recently been diagnosed with Cancer, an absolutely horrible illness, but one Callum has approached with an amazing mindset and is fighting well against.

As Callum has now started his Chemo the doctors have told him it is likely his hair is going to fall out. For years me and Callum have always wanted to shave our hair off anyway just to see what we would look like! We often joked about who would look the hardest - what better time to find out?

As Callum doesn’t want the inconvenience of his hair falling out while he’s asleep etc he’s had it shaved off completely.
I made a promise to Cal that if his hair went, mine was going too! With a forehead as big as mine I was never going to do it for nothing though!

Callum is often based in a ward at Nottingham City hospital, the specific ward is sponsored by the Teenage Cancer Trust. They have looked after Callum a lot and he appreciates it so let’s give something back to them. Any donation big or small is welcome.

I will be shaving my hair off this Saturday (28/07/18) at Sams Barbers on Kedleston Road. This is also where Cal has his shaved and they are doing both for free! So thank you to them for that.
