Story
As this is the 10th Anniversary of Help for Heroes, as well as Cotton Traders 30th anniversary, 10 foolhardy members of staff have decided to take on the National 3 Peaks challenge. This involves climbing the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales covering a total distance of 26 miles, with a total ascent of 9,800 feet, in 24 hours.
As a company we at Cotton Traders decided to set ourselves a target of £1 Million to assist Help for Heroes in the fantastic work they do supporting injured members of the armed forces. So far we have raised a staggering £901,123 since starting our partnership over 5 years ago.
“Help for Heroes supports those with injuries and illnesses sustained while serving in the British Armed Forces. No matter when someone served, they give them the support they need to lead active, independent and fulfilling lives.”
So, we have decided to embark on this challenge in a bid to raise as much money as we possibly can to get closer to our £1 Million target.
Any sponsorship, no matter how small, will make a massive difference and be greatly appreciated, and really will keep us going when we are halfway up Scafell at 4am!
