Every year British military sufferers of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder have died in suspected suicides. With your support, we can help prevent more.When we see photographs of veterans with missing limbs that have been involved in explosions in Afghanistan, Iraq or some other theatre of operation we are always there to support them and that is amazing and as a veteran I thank you. Please dont let us forget about the thousands of veterans that werent physically injured on the battlefield but still hold the scars that struggle daily with mental health, alcohol and other addiction issues.Veterans like me who are trying to cope and manage every day, but are crying out for support. With your help and support, we can bring them home.We can provide support for alcohol and addiction recovery and provide counselling and psychotherapy services to veterans and their families. Please help us bring them home. While Jordan and I complete the 4x4x48. Some of you may be wondering what this is. Well its 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. This has been attempted many times by many people and will be both physically and mentally challenging for both of us. We will be conducting this challenge from 12 - 14 April where you will be able to track our progress via Strava.
