Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

CFO Team return again to take part in this year's epic relay run/walk, this time taking on the Source to Sea challenge. This is a relay run/walk covering the length of the Thames Path (all 400kms), from its source in the quaint village of Kemble, in the Cotswolds, to the charming seaside town of Whitstable, Kent where the Thames meets the sea.

The route is split into stages, with us covering the first 85km+ of the route on Monday 20 June. Our team comprises of Cara Viljoen, Jo Renny, Leon Walton, Liam Collins-McIntyre, Marie Martin, Mark Fowler and Rory Wiseman, and we have all been training hard to take on this inaugural challenge and different terrain compared to previous years.

We are doing this to raise donations for Refuge, Credit Suisse's UK Charity of the Year. Refuge is the country's largest single provider of specialist services to women and their children experiencing domestic abuse and gender-based violence. With your donations, we can help Refuge provide support to fund increasing demand for their free, confidential 24 Hour National Domestic Abuse Helpline, empowering more women to rebuild their lives, free from violence and fear.
