We are putting down the barbells and climbing off our pull up bars to collectively come together as a gym and help raise money for the NHS.

Fitness is our passion and whilst our gym doors are closed we are hoping to still make some gains and raise some money along the way!

Historically CrossFitters do not always like running.

But we are going to do it anyway.

We have around 200 members and together we are going to try and run/walk 6500 miles.  If everyone joins in that’s around 32 miles per member!

And we are hoping to do it as fast as possible and trying to raise as much money as possible.

Our hospitals in Sheffield are coming under unprecedented levels of pressure during the current Covid-19 crisis, but NHS staff continue to be there for thousands of us each day. They will not stop caring for us during this time of need.Whilst we are all being told to stay at home and to take measures to stay safe from Covid-19, our incredible NHS staff are not able to do that. Instead, they will be working under increased pressure to make sure the people of Sheffield get the care they require.Your donation today will support our local hospitals and NHS staff when they need it the most.
