In September 2022, Six Nations' Chief Commercial Officer Craig Maxwell - a friend to many of us here at CSM - was diagnosed with incurable and inoperable EGFR lung cancer. Having been told he had up to 18 months to live, Craig has since channelled his energy into raising vital funds that will improve the cancer pathway for patients in Wales, and support research into early diagnosis and treatment of the illness.

For his latest fundraiser, Craig is hiking 780 miles along the Welsh coastal path in just 26 days, and we are incredibly privileged to be playing our own small part in proceedings. On Thursday 29^th February, CSM’s Matt Vandrau, Kevin Vandrau, Mike Vandrau and Charlie McEwen will all be joining Craig on day 16 of the challenge, walking 26 miles alongside him from St. Davids to Nolton Haven to help raise money in the fight against cancer.
