On May 29,  Ian Howe and Mike Auger will be taking part in a relay race around the East coast to raise money for the RSPB. Their leg will be the longest, consisting of 37 miles of up and down coast road!

The challenge as a whole is to make it all the way from the RSPB's Minsmere nature reserve in Suffolk to the RSPB Titchwell nature reserve in Norfolk. We are part of the EastCoasters Team, click here for more information http://www.justgiving.com/teams/eastcoastchallenge/

Erica was supposed to be doing this herself, but has suffered a rather nasty knee injury, boo. This means that Ian and Mike have agreed to ride without her, yay! However, Erica will be doing her bit on the day in a big, pink van helping with transport and supporting the other runners/riders and walkers.
