So newspaper story of a 200mile cycle in 4 days + beer = the birth of the 12/12/12 tour!

Originally planned to do London to Barcelona but this seemed a little boring - then the ideas popped up to hit as many cities in the 12 day window as possible!  and what better cause to do it for than charity!

So on June 21st I will be setting off from Sheffield cycling upto Hull before boarding the overnight ferry to Rotterdam!

The Eurovelo Cycle routes will now be my best friend for the next 11days ( that and my ipod ) as I travel down through Holland, Germany and into Strasbourg following the River Rhine.  From Strasbourg I plan to cycle back up into Luxembourg and over to Paris, hopefully arriving tired, exhausted but completely satisfied with my efforts on July 2nd!

Hopefully everyone will get behind this worthwhile trek and support a rugby playing forward in the ultimate goal! 12/12/12 bring it on!
