We're taking part in Birmingham Great Run on 1st May 2022.

To run theHalf Marathon is a huge challenge for both Alex and I. 

Alex had reconstructive ACL surgery on his knee and for me, I'm pushing myself massively outside of my comfort zone in terms of distance and fitness. 

This isn't an easy task, but running for Aston Villa Foundation has given us the motivation to get out there and train, so that the funds we raise can help the Foundation to continue delivering their initiatives in the local community.
