I will starting the running on the 25th May. Anything you can give is really appreciated! I will be spreading the 168.76 km out over a four week period and updating this page with my progress as I go! Im aiming to hit at least 6km a day.

I am raising money for ICS, they are an awesome charity which help to arrange volunteers for areas which are in the greatest need. You can follow my progress on my nike profile when I get started!  For anybody interested I will also be giving up smoking for ICS and all of the extra money saved I will be contributing to the charity myself.
