I am doing the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride plus the distance to get there (Old Trafford) and back to Wigan from Blackpool totalling approx 120 miles.This is the furthest that I have ever done.

Now completed the ride doing 125 miles in just under 8 hours cycling time the ride itself is a bit manic owing to the wide vairety of abilities but managed to sirvive and complete the ride
