This maybe the daftest decision of my life and yes I've made a few but  I am going  to run the London Marathon for Dougie Mac.

We all know somebody who has been supported by Dougie Mac, Dawn Jones and Chris Bayley are people who were close to me and the support they got from the Hospice was unquestionable. 

I think its time at 45 years old to give something back and put my time aside to raise money for this fantastic charity.
