By taking part in the London Marathon our runners are fundraising to help raise vital funds that help to pay for our care and support services for thousands of local adults, children and young adults each year who are sadly faced with a life-shortening illness. In February 2023 Dougie Mac will be celebrating its 50th anniversary only possible because of supporters who have fundraised and donated endlessly for 50 years allowing us to maintain and develop our services.
