Me and a group of friends (Dylan, Ceri, Gruff, Dafydd, Aled and Dan) are undertaking the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge on the 11th September, 2021. In March 2019, I was diagnosed with testicular cancer and went through months of uncertainty as I was going through treatment. I was one of the lucky ones who caught it early and so it meant it hadn't spread to any other parts of my body. However, it did still mean going through surgery and chemotherapy. Spring forward and I am now fit and healthier than ever, thanks to an amazing team of staff at the North Wales Cancer Centre in Ysbyty Glan Clwyd in Bodelwyddan.

The Oddballs foundation do an amazing job of spreading the word about testicular cancer. It's so important that young men in particular open up and speak about it - it can affect any of us!

Fis Mawrth 2019, cefais ddiagnosis o 'Testicular Cancer' ac es i drwy fisoedd o ansicrwydd wrth imi fynd drwy driniaeth. Roeddwn i'n un o'r rhai lwcus ddaliodd y salwch yn gynnar ac felly roedd yn golygu nad oedd wedi lledaenu i rannau eraill yn fy nghorff. Ond, roedd dal yn golygu fod raid i mi gael llawdriniaeth a chemotherapi. Rwyf bellach yn fwy ffit ac iachach nac erioed, diolch i dîm anhygoel o staff yng Nghanolfan Ganser Gogledd Cymru yn Ysbyty Glan Clwyd ym  Modelwyddan.

Mae'r elusen OddBalls yn gwneud gwaith anhygoel o ledaenu'r gair am y math hwn o ganser. Mae'n hynod bwysig fod dynion ifanc yn siarad amdano - gal effeithio unrhyw un ohonom!
