On September 18th I will be joining the masses in this years Great North Run. I will be running in aid of Bowel Cancer UK; a fantastic charity which is raising a lot of awareness for a great cause. The long and arduous training regime has already begun in preparation for the event, and I have set myself a target to cross the line in less than 1 hour 40 mins.
