On the 27th May 2023, me and a few friends will be taking on The National Three Peaks challenge in memory of our very good friend Robert Senatore.

As a group of friends, we have knew Robby since we were 12 and although quiet and unassuming, he was an integral part of our group and there isn't a day that goes by where we don't miss him or laugh loudly about the time, and sometimes trouble, we had as a group.

We want to ensure all our efforts don't go to waste so our chosen charity is Helen Rollason. They are an Essex based Cancer Charity dedicated to supporting people whose lives are touched by cancer. Their centres offer a range of complementary therapies to patients in an environment of peace and tranquility, including counselling, reflexology, aromatherapy, manual lymphatic drainage and support groups. The centres are for patients with all types of cancer at all stages, whether newly diagnosed or longer term, throughout and after completion of treatment.
