Having been asked if I’d like to take part in this event by friends who currently play and coach in the professional game, I also do this in memory of a close family relation (outside of professional sport) Mark French who tragically passed away in March 2015. Mark had not been given nor sought the support he needed.

The Professional Cricketers' Trust has faced an estimated fundraising shortfall of £200,000 in 2020 due to COVID-19, a huge blow to a small charity that funds life-changing medical assistance, crisis helplines, mental health support and provides assistance through welfare, education and support during difficult times.

All donations no matter the amount would be very much appreciated.
